Key Responsibilities: Establish product roadmaps and release plans that meet customer outcomes Lead customer advisors in product portfolio committees to demonstrate the Voice of the Customer internally Manage product investment decision making and financial performance to increase product value Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: 10 years of experience as a product owner, manager, or similar role 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT or software, with at least 1 year in building CRM applications Experience across product management skills, SAFe/Agile/Waterfall development methods, and design thinking principles Practical experience leveraging data for decision making and problem-solving Bachelor?s degree in product design, engineering, business, or related field
