Key Responsibilities: Acknowledge receipt of all claims and emails Create service part orders and chargeable service parts orders Maintain communication with customers and ensure timely resolutions for incidents of dissatisfaction Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in warranty claims Experience with Titan, Doclink, or SAP is a plus Customer service experience with knowledge of JW products preferred Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications
