A company is looking for a Sr Mgr Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Advise internal clients on financial risk in commercial transactions and compliance with company policies
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various contracts and agreements
Assist with legal research and manage commercial relationships, including compliance training and pre-litigation inquiries
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience at a large technology company or law firm
Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward in a cross-functional role
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to achieve objectives
