Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to set appointments with small business owners Deliver a concise 90-second phone pitch to secure meetings for sales representatives Achieve daily appointment-setting goals of 4-5 quality appointments Required Qualifications At least one year of outbound B2B appointment setting experience in grocery stores or similar advertising A minimum of two additional years of B2B appointment setting experience Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite Familiarity with auto-dialer or CRM systems Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners
