A company is looking for a Funding & Closing Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with agents, escrow, title, and brokerages to ensure timely funding of commission advances
Track and communicate any delays, cancellations, and updated closing dates
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout each file
Required Qualifications
Experience in client success, collections, loan processing, or account management
Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions
Working knowledge of CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being a plus
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Professional, proactive, and accountable
