Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing scheduling, communications, and logistics
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of client-facing materials
Collaborate with internal teams to align projects and continuously improve processes based on client feedback
Required Qualifications
Experience in project management and client engagement within organizational development or consulting
Proficiency in developing client-facing materials such as proposals, reports, and presentations
Knowledge of emerging trends in HR, organizational development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ)
Ability to innovate new approaches based on client feedback and evolving needs
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
