A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Part-Time) to manage the full life cycle recruitment process for various roles. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Director and leadership to discuss hiring needs and strategies Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers Create reports on hiring progress and maintain relationships with internal and external clients Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail or beauty industry Experience using Google Suite is preferred Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management tools Ability to manage the internal transfer process effectively Strong networking skills to attract quality candidates
