A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager to lead and support a dedicated team providing virtual supervision and guidance for the Safe Helpline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise hotline staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and quality assurance
Provide direct support to individuals affected by sexual violence, responding to calls and chats
Monitor performance, provide training, and document staff evaluations and concerns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
2+ years of experience managing paid staff in a crisis intervention or social services environment
Crisis hotline/intervention experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
Must pass background checks and be comfortable discussing issues surrounding sexual violence
