Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging e-learning content aligned with learning objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective digital learning solutions
Manage the end-to-end development of e-learning projects, including timelines and resource coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field
Proven experience in e-learning design or digital learning development
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and experience with LMS platforms
Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
