A company is looking for a Fund Development Consultant to create and implement a comprehensive development plan.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct organizational assessments and create a comprehensive development plan with revenue targets and success metrics
Develop and oversee integrated fundraising strategies, including foundation grants and donor-advised funds cultivation
Provide hands-on training and mentorship in grant writing and relationship management for staff development
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of securing foundation grants for social justice organizations
Experience designing and managing complex fundraising strategies
Knowledge of donor-advised funds and major donor cultivation
Experience in capacity building and staff development
Strong understanding of the foundation landscape and established program officer relations
