A company is looking for an Investigations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses for service of process
Communicate investigation findings to customers and co-workers
Answer investigations related phone calls and emails
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience
Experience in an office environment and/or customer facing position preferred
Ability to work remotely with strong work ethic
Reliable with ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
