A company is looking for a Teacher Co-Designer (Literacy Assessment Fluency & Comprehension).
Key Responsibilities
Co-design assessment tasks and teacher/student workflows for fluency and comprehension
Define fluency protocols and create scoring guides/rubrics
Pilot with teachers/students, synthesize feedback, and iterate on designs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience teaching ELA/literacy at the middle school level or higher
Experience administering fluency and comprehension assessments in the US
Comfortable co-designing with a product team and conducting light usability testing
Ability to write clear, teacher-friendly copy
Experience calibrating rubrics with examples
