Minnesota Licensed Senior Structural Engineer, responsible for leading structural design efforts on industrial projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design efforts, including research, system selection, and preparation of engineering drawings
Mentor and guide entry and mid-level engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback
Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve structural issues and maintain project alignment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in structural, civil, or architectural engineering from an ABET accredited program
Current Professional Engineer License (PE) is required
At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering and design, with 3 years in industrial or manufacturing markets
Experience with modular structural design and leading teams of engineers/designers
Proficient in engineering software such as CSi SAP2000, SAFE, and RISA Suite, as well as BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD
