Providing high-touch operational support, the full-time Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate will manage complex pre and post enrollment issues, including member onboarding, provider inquiries, and billing concerns, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Researching and resolving pre and post enrollment issues for brokers and members, focusing on first call resolution
Collaborating with various departments to address member-related inquiries and broker escalations
Logging all broker interactions accurately for tracking and analysis purposes
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; Associate?s degree preferred
Three years of customer service or sales support experience required
Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health may be required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Commercial insurance sales experience preferred
Proficient in using a Windows environment and general office equipment
