Job Description - Remote Agile Transformation Lead
A technology solutions firm is seeking a Remote Agile Transformation Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Guiding the Scrum team on Agile best practices and principles
Identifying areas of strengths and improvements, and coach on best development techniques
Serving as the liaison between the Government Product Owner and the Scrum team
Position Requirements Include:
Active Secret or TS Clearance
5-8+ years of experience as a Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or a similar role
Background in software development environment, using Atlassian tools
Experience in the transformation from Waterfall to Agile
Experience supporting DevOps Engineering and CI/CD Pipelines
