Job Description - Remote Client Service GRS Director
A global insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Client Service GRS Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Oversee delivery of the full scope of Account Management Services to customers and agent/broker partners
Establish overall objectives of the team that support business goals
Recruit, hire, train and develop Client Service Managers
Skills and Requirements Include:
Bachelors Degree plus at least 10 years of business experience (50 of which in a management capacity)
Effective marketing, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely (both oral and in written form)
Advanced knowledge of commercial claims, risk management, and applicable state regulations
Basic knowledge of underwriting, plan construction, pricing, service contracts, and funding/financial security agreements
