A residential care agency is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Trainer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Employ a variety of training methodologies
Support all Care Coordination learning and development activities
Manage group dynamics
Qualifications Include:
Proven experience as Clinical Trainer
RN, LPN, LCSW, and/orLMHC
3 years of experience in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Virtual Learning design and Delivery
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Experience in project management and workstreams
