Meet in person with teams at least twice a year
12+ years of relevant work experience required, with demonstrated progression
Experience implemented new accounting systems or other technology
Proven experience developing and leading a high-performing accounting and control organization
Ability to distill complex business issues into structured frameworks
Licensed CPA
