A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing and drafting SEC filings
Advising and driving process on all legal aspects of strategic and corporate finance transactions
Supporting executive, director and equity compensation program design, implementation and administration
Required Skills:
5+ years of general corporate experience
Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Interest in being a true partner to our business stakeholders and learning about the ins and outs of our business and the industry in which we operate
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
