Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Negotiating new client, vendor, and partner contracts
Answering questions from business colleagues regarding existing contracts
Using critical thinking to draft custom amendments to customer contracts
Position Requirements Include:
Ability to analyze and pragmatically resolve complex issues
Inherent motivation to work in a fully-remote or hybrid environment
Strong transactional and negotiation skills
Holds a J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to and in good standing with a state bar
2+ years of attorney experience, preferably in a corporate environment
