Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Working on acquisition and restructuring projects
Assisting with legal onboarding and integration of newly acquired entities
Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing factual information and documents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Proficiency with Diligent software
Bachelor?s degree required and two (2) years?+ experience with international entity/subsidiary management
Paralegal Certification from an American Bar Association approved program
