Must be able to: Support the calendar management, travel, and expenses of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Solutions Officer Anticipate and react to executive requests in timely and efficient manner Manage and own meetings and events Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Capable of presenting to senior leadership Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant, Project Management experience Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, public presentation, written and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple requests based on own judgment of importance/need to the department
