Creating accurate and organized work breakdown structure
Gathering project requirements from various business users and technical staff members
Participating in product and vendor evaluations
Qualifications Include:
Proven team leadership experience
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with IT Service Management best practices and the ITIL Framework
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all areas of an IT organization and the business
Proven understanding of project management concepts and system life cycle methodologies
