Core Responsibilities Include:
Developing clear and comprehensive technical documentation
Authoring and organizing a library of technical documentation
Thoroughly reviewing and editing documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
Required Skills:
3+ years experience writing technical documentation for software applications
Previous experience using help authoring tools such as Paligo or MadCap Flare
Familiarity with structured authoring (XML)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and translate them into clear and concise documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
