A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Psychometrician. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Design, plan and produce survey instrument Perform statistical analyses for reliability and validity measures Write professional reports on research activities Qualifications Include: Master’s with coursework in educational measurement, psychometrics, statistics, or related field 5+ years of experience working in research measurement and/or psychometrics Demonstrated experience using Exploratory Factor Analysis and/or Confirmatory Factor Analysis Working knowledge of 1-2 statistical packages Expertise in racial identity; prejudice, anti-Black racism; critical quantitative research, or similar A strong commitment to advancing Black child education and Black child development
