Candidates will be responsible for the following: Collaborating across segments to advance TA programs that benefit the region as a whole Leading all external and internal Talent Acquisition for assigned client group Developing staffing strategies based on labor market and competitive analysis, benchmarking and survey data Qualifications for this position include: Experience managing, developing, and executing TA and HR project plans, and proposals Minimum five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor to effectively create comprehensive recruiting strategies
