An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Complex Casualty Claims Resolution Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Settling severe and catastrophic injury and/or liability and coverage complexity claims
Planning and conducting detailed investigations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of claims investigation, coverage, reserving, expense management, resolution strategy, negotiation, litigation management
Must have superior customer service aptitude and work well with customers, vendors and agents of diverse backgrounds
Must maintain all applicable licenses
