Job Description - Remote Senior Training and Client Support Manager
An educational institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Training and Client Support Manager.
Must be able to:
Provide residual training support and help department transition to the standard client support for ongoing needs
Ensure data integrity and develops new and existing metrics for measuring success as a continuous feedback loop
Monitor training results through employee progress and maintains records of training attendance to determine program effectiveness
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor?s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Demonstrated skill in professional high-quality adult instructional design, development and delivery
Thorough knowledge of adult learning theory and practices
Strong skills to conduct needs assessment and development of new training courses to meet organizational needs
