Job Description - Remote Testing and Quality Control Analyst
A healthcare insurance provider is in need of a Remote Testing and Quality Control Analyst
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Reviewing and understanding client specifications
Analyzing and interpreting test claims for processing and adjudication results
Conducing automated claims testing through RxPlan
Position Requirements Include:
Ability to build and run standard and custom batch claim files for clients
Ability to compare analysis between PharmScreens and RxPlan
Ability to be the point of contact for other departments troubleshooting
Ability to report findings and follow through with resolution
