A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert compensation consulting services to business unit leadership and key human resources staff Conduct research on market trends and best practices for competitive pay practices Manage compensation cycle, including annual reviews and merit increase program Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; CCP or SCP certification preferred 5 years of experience in compensation program analysis, design, and administration Experience managing projects and using compensation survey tools Understanding of linking compensation practices to company goals and objectives Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll reporting systems, as well as applicable regulations
