A company is looking for a Senior Learning Designer responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences for internal sales audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end instructional design and development for internal sales enablement initiatives
Design and develop eLearning experiences using industry-standard authoring tools
Create job aids, playbooks, and performance support tools for internal sales teams
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field
3-5+ years of experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions
Strong expertise with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate)
Advanced graphic design and PowerPoint design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience with video editing and audio production tools
