Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of documentation management strategies Create and update various technical documents, including user guides and product manuals Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for accurate documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a software engineering environment Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and knowledge of Restful design High proficiency in Confluence and SharePoint Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
