Overseeing the complaint intake process, the full-time salaried Virginia Licensed Case Intake Manager will ensure timely and accurate review of allegations of misconduct against health care practitioners while managing staff and maintaining a remote office within the Richmond Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and lead the complaint intake process and case processing activities
Conduct initial reviews and evaluations of complaints against licensed health care practitioners
Communicate the results of the case intake process clearly and effectively
Required qualifications
Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and lead others
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing health care professionals
Experience in coordinating team work and managing case assignments
