A company is looking for a Volunteer Manager to coordinate all aspects of volunteer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new volunteers while engaging existing ones
Oversee the Alpha USA Volunteer Hub and volunteer data tracking in Salesforce
Establish relationships with volunteer leaders and collaborate with the Volunteer Network team
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with Alpha, either as staff or a volunteer
Bachelor?s degree
Experience leading a department and managing teams
Strong organizational and team-building skills
Proficiency with technology, including social media
