Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships and programs with partners to drive new business, customer retention, and adoption in the partner ecosystem Develop joint value propositions, demand generation programs, and execute go-to-market plans with partners Maintain relationships with partners, from sales teams to executive teams, and offer creative solutions to enhance engagement and retention Required Qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to partner success Proven success in building and maintaining relationships to influence another organization?s targets Strong customer and partner empathy, ability to uncover pain points and offer solutions Experience in HR technology space preferred, but not required Proficiency in standard business tools and collaboration technology
