Key Responsibilities: Develop, run, improve, and maintain fundraising systems Support other staff on fundraising by scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and managing follow-up Take ownership of the fundraising function and lead fundraising efforts internally Required Qualifications: 1-5 years of nonprofit fundraising and development experience Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed Flexibility and creativity in fundraising approaches Alignment with the organization?s mission and positioning Understanding of nonprofit fundraising processes and best practices
