Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Developing learning objectives, outlining content, defining activity types, and creating assessment criteria
Helping in knowledge capture and provide thought leadership on Instructional Design to ensure project success
Organizing and managing multiple projects, including the ability to re-scale client deliverables as scope or timelines change
Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of Instructional Design experience
JavaScript authoring skills
Gaming design, graphics design, VR and AR experience
In-person and e-learning training design and development
Implementation of standard training design models and theories
