A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Trainer. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives Design comprehensive training curricula covering various aspects of ServiceNow Deliver engaging training sessions through various mediums and adapt delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably focused on ServiceNow Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
