A company is looking for a Mentor for Essential Skills for Frontline Workers (Part-time/Contract). Key Responsibilities: Serve as an inspirational role model for students, helping them contextualize course content and connect it to their work and personal lives Provide guidance and support to students in developing effective decision-making and communication skills through exercises and projects Engage with students on a biweekly basis to support their learning and career objectives Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in front-line jobs such as service, retail, or warehouse roles Demonstrated experience transitioning out of an entry-level frontline role into a managerial position or corporate office job Passion and experience in mentoring or coaching others Availability of at least 10 hours per week for mentor calls, with flexibility in scheduling Understanding of the nature of frontline work and common challenges faced by frontline workers
