A hospitality and rental company has a current position open for a Telecommute Commercial Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate critical vendor agreements
Scale our contract procurement and management systems and processes
Position Requirements Include:
4+ years of experience as an in-house commercial counsel
Sound and practical business judgment
Familiarity with legal issues relevant to a technology-enabled hospitality company
