A business management firm is in need of a Remote Senior Recruiter. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Setting up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements Consulting with hiring managers, crafts detailed and compelling job descriptions Qualifications for this position include: College degree or equivalent experience in recruiting/talent acquisition field 5 - 7 years full life cycle recruiting experience 5 - 7 years experience in government contracting and with the Service Contract Act Results-driven with great time management and organizational skills Must be knowledgeable in OFCCP compliance requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
