A company is looking for a Leave and Benefits Specialist - Remote. Key Responsibilities: Manage leave administration functions including FMLA, disability, and state-required leaves Act as the main point of contact for benefit-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for innovative solutions to benefit programs Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Benefits and Leave Administration Expertise in COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Benefits, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience working with Benefits Administration System or HRIS (Workday preferred)
