Key Responsibilities: Maintain ownership of 12-20 large and mid-level accounts, building consultative relationships with clients Act as a strategic collaborator for clients, providing expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail Analyze key metrics of online marketing campaigns and report findings and insights to clients regularly Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with medium to enterprise-sized businesses or customer service in a client-facing role Proven track record of using data for strategic decision-making in an ROI-driven industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, and familiarity with analytics platforms Background in retail, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing industries Experience working with digital marketing platforms and channels such as Amazon, Google Analytics, Bing, Facebook, etc
