Job Description - Remote Managed Services Director
An accounting and consulting firm is seeking a Remote Managed Services Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Managing a team of onshore and offshore managed services consultants effectively
Coaching and mentoring managed services team members to achieve strategic goals
Assisting development with requirements, test and deploy advanced custom scripts, workflows, etc
Qualifications Include:
4-year degree in Business or Computer Science or similar subject
5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP development experience on customizations and enhancements
2+ years managing a Netsuite or support services practice
Experience managing NetSuite consultants and projects successfully
Ability to effectively manage a growing team of Managed Services Consultants
Proficient at NetSuite business processes
